The project is located in Jinjiang District, only 9km away from the downtown Tianfu Square. It is a land parcel with great land use value in Chengdu and also a core parcel in the Central business District. The project focuses on building a central business district oriented by the traffic advantages of Subway Line 6 and Line 9, integrating the three-dimensional transportation system of urban rail transit, BRT, bus and urban slow transit system.
All-weather city lounge
The underground rail transportation space in the design area is connected with various blocks, breaking the conventional image of the station floor. Pedestrians can reach the underground business from the subway station floor, or go to the super high-rise office area, or directly reach the above-ground commercial high area by flying ladder, thus creating a vertical three-dimensional high-value commercial office complex.
Walking in the garden
The bridge connects with the Green Axis of the City, the four core towers and the various sites to create an exciting system of aerial walking.
In the park's financial city
Take the core area as the main part of the plot, focus on the development of the subway, and give full play to the commercial use value of the plot on the subway. Four super-tall buildings surround the skybridge, forming the "financial heart" of the core area.
