The Kerry Center is one of Kerry Estate’s large-scale urban projects. The property on which it was built measures 66,000m2, while the building itself encompasses an enclosed space of 1.7 million m2. On the west of the site is Shenyang’s “Golden Passage,” otherwise known as the “Youth Street” – the city’s main north-south thoroughfare. Just to the north of the site lies the “Culture Road” and to the south, the “Art Road,” two other major arteries. The site is located only a 20-minutes drive away from Taoxian International Airport. Given this convenience of transportation, this part of the city will soon become one of the most important commercial centers in Shenyang, Meanwhile, the Youth Park just to the north of the site also provides the region with an excellent ecological environment..

The department generated design solutions for every stage of project development, including plans for high-end apartments that will be placed in three high-rise, Grade 5A office buildings that will sit up by the Youth Street, and multi-use annex buildings offering 100,000m2 of commercial space. At the moment, all of these designs have already entered the construction phase.
